Three Conveyor Powder Coating Plants

The three conveyor operated powder coating plants allows larger batches of components to be processed efficiently in a full range of colours and finishes.  Components pass through either a three-stage or five-and-a-half-stage pre-treatment process to ensure that they are fully degreased and chemically-coated to give excellent paint adhesion.

Maximium component size for conveyor plant:  2.1 metres long, 1.75 metres high and 0.8 metres wide

Batch Paint Plant

The fourth “batch plant” offers batch spraying of wet or power paint allows smaller batches and larger components to be processed.  An autowash pre-treatment system allows  superior paint adhesion.
