Hydram began delivering its own engineering apprenticeship programmes in 2011 and delivers up to NVQ Level 3, recognised by one of the leading awarding bodies for manufacturing and technical qualifications, EAL.
Hydram Sheet Metalwork takes its commitment to staff training and development very seriously. Currently 98% of the shop floor employees have achieved NVQ Level 2 or higher. External training courses supplement continuous in-house training; employees are encouraged to add to their skills. Of particular importance to the business is training to reduce/remove non-value added activities.
