Starting on dayshift for day 1 induction, then moving straight onto a 2 shift rotation, this person should be capable of running Trumpf punching machines, with experience on this equipment being highly desirable.
While laser experience—particularly with Trumpf or Bystronic fibre lasers—is beneficial, training can be provided where necessary.
A solid understanding of engineering drawings in both first and third angle projection is essential.
You will be expected to work independently within a team of approximately 6 people, managing a variety of jobs without supervision, including the setup and operation of machine tools.
In-process inspections must be performed consistently and to the required quality standards.
