Starting on dayshift for day 1 induction, then moving straight onto a 2 shift rotation.
You will be familiar with Amada, AIDA or similar power press ranging from 90 ton to 200 ton with the ability to use general measuring equipment: Vernier, Protractor Set Square, etc.
Ideally with experience and knowledge of working on hydraulic press machines (Hare).
You must be able to work independently which will include the changing of tooling, the setting of machine, operating the machine and checking parts.
Knowledge of working to and understanding engineering drawings is essential in both first and third angle projection.
The ability to work unsupervised is essential.
