David has been with Hydram for 20 years after working for a short while in local government. He discovered Hydram whilst working in that role and was impressed by a well-run business full of potential for growth. He was appointed a director in 2001 and, many years later, Hydram is still growing.
Ivan has been with Hydram for over 25 years after studying for a degree in industrial design, hoping for a career designing sports cars. Whilst the sports cars never made it off his imagination's drawing board, Ivan's commitment to high standards of customer service has seen him streamline Hydram's performance.
Neil has been with Hydram for 25 years beginning work straight from school learning to set up CNC punching machines and developing a keen eye for quality. Neil's commitment to the business, knowledge and shear hard work sees him now responsible for some of Hydram's largest customer accounts.
Robin began his career at Hydram as Team Leader in the brand new paint plant in 2001. He rapidly turned this challenging new process into a success and prided himself on putting the customer first. His organisational skills, commitment to continuous improvement and positive approach see him looking after some of Hydram's biggest accounts.
Joanne has over 15 years' experience at Hydram after obtaining a degree in manufacturing engineering. Her role sees her seeking new opportunities for Hydram to transform the traditional experience with subcontract metal workers. Joanne is equally at home operating a lathe as she is presenting to a room full of people.
It could be said that Robert was born to work at Hydram - being the grandson of the company founder Harry and whose parents and aunties all worked in the business. He began working for Hydram after completing a history degree, at first with the Systems Team before broadening his skills further in the Commercial Team, where he is responsible for several key customers.
Steph joined Hydram's staff in 2006 where her organisational skills and work ethic were appreciated in the office. Her attention to detail, planning skills and no nonsense approach were soon valued by the Commercial Team, where she is now an expert at dealing with long range customer schedules and making sure deliveries are on time.
Barry has been with Hydram since 2004, taking responsibility for both the Quality Management System and for developing a proactive Quality Team. His long experience and engaging and honest approach has earned him respect from both his team and customers.
A Hydram employee since 1999, Steven has several years' experience setting and operating our laser machines, before moving to the Quality Team as Quality Technician before gaining his current position. He is valued for his experience, enthusiasm and keen attention to detail.
Phil joined Hydram's Quality Team in 2016, bringing with him a wealth of experience in engineering inspection and quality control techniques. Although his role is predominantly interfacing with customers, Phil can be relied upon to provide invaluable support to our technicians regarding measuring techniques.
John joined Hydram in 1998 straight from school and his powerful singing voice made it easy to locate him in the welding bays. Whilst now he has to limit the fortissimo in the confines of the Quality Office, John's relentless enthusiasm maintains the team spirit as he dashes round an inspection table.
