Starting on dayshift for induction and training before transitioning to a 2-shift rotation.

This person will be responsible for operating and monitoring a robotic welding machine, performing precise welds on various material thicknesses.

Key duties include spatter removal during cycle time, interpreting standard operating procedures and technical drawings, inspecting finished components to ensure they meet specifications, maintaining a clean and organised work area, and strictly following all safety procedures.

The ideal candidate will have experience operating a robotic welding machine, be proficient with manual power tools, possess strong communication skills and a solid work ethic, and have the ability to interpret SOPs and technical drawings; basic manual welding skills are preferred but not essential.

Shift Pattern

Early Shift:

Monday-Thursday 6:00am-2:30pm, Friday 6:00am-12:30pm

Back Shift:

Monday-Thursday 2:30pm-11pm, Friday 12:30pm-7pm
